We're happy to help if something isn't right. Here's how returns work for ASSALT.

Before you send anything back

Please email us first so we can confirm next steps. That way we know your parcel is coming and can make sure you're taken care of quickly. Include your order number, what you'd like to return, and photos if something arrived damaged or incorrect.

Change of mind

Changed your mind? Reach out within 14 days of delivery. We're able to accept returns when items are unopened, unused, and still in saleable condition. Return postage is usually at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or made a mistake on our end.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something's not right with your order, let us know as soon as you can. Once we've had a look, we'll send you return instructions and sort out a replacement or refund — whichever makes the most sense.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we'll process it back to your original payment method. Banks and card providers can take a few business days to show the amount on your side.

Your rights

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
